We don’t expect you to know everything but we do expect you to work. Our workouts are designed to push you and be tough but we will all help you along the way.

Get #strongaf in this 50 minute upper body strength-focused class. Be prepared to push yourself by lifting dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells in order to build lean muscle and improve functional strength. In this class we like to slow things down so you can focus on form and challenge your abilities to improve over time.
This is where you’ll likely burn the most calories in any of our classes. 50 minutes of full body metabolic conditioning that will burn fat, boost metabolism and make you an overall more efficient human. With a combination of cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises, you'll be a sweaty mess by the end.
Squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more! Working primarily with barbells, dumbbells & kettlebells, get ready to challenge your legs & butt in this lower body strength-focused class. Look forward to learning the proper mechanics of classic compound lower body exercises and build lean muscle, functional strength and a great butt.
