    Phil is passionate about delivering results-driven workouts that are creative and unique. He is known for providing a serious workout in a not-so-serious environment by making sure jokes and fun are part of the equation. He's constantly striving to find new, interesting and trendy challenges for his clients and classes. He's also an expert dad-joke-maker. On top of this he's well educated - he holds an honors diploma in fitness & health promotion and holds a certification with the canadian society of exercise physiology.

    Coach

    Dan has been working in the fitness industry for 12 years. He's trained in big box gyms, small studios, bootcamps, yachts and more all over the world. He believes fitness and health requires a whole lot more than just resistance training. Mindset, nutrition, stress management and most importantly fun/play. They're all part of the puzzle that needs to be balance for everyone.

    Jill is a uottawa bsc. In human kinetics graduate with two years experience working as a personal trainer with the american military at joint base pearl harbor, hawaii. Having worked with a range of fitness levels from post-cancer patients, to weight loss, to military personnel, to athletes, she has the knowledge and ability to help you achieve your goals in fitness. You won won't find her wearing anything but lululemon and she won't take any of your shit!

After working in the fitness industry for the past decade, certified in FRC and FP, Saleh learned that guidance, encouragement, and charging after one’s intentions to change behaviour has yielded strategies to helping people set and achieve their desired fitness goals. From losing weight, building muscle, or developing a healthy lifestyle. Saleh values leading by example and wants to work with you and show you that you can have the lifestyle you want to live while achieving the goals you set for yourself. Whether it’s -30 or +40, you will always find him encouraging you to adopt an active lifestyle.
