Squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more! Working primarily with barbells, dumbbells & kettlebells, get ready to challenge your legs & butt in this lower body strength-focused class. Look forward to learning the proper mechanics of classic compound lower body exercises and build lean muscle, functional strength and a great butt.
This is where you’ll likely burn the most calories in any of our classes. 50 minutes of full body metabolic conditioning that will burn fat, boost metabolism and make you an overall more efficient human. With a combination of cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises, you'll be a sweaty mess by the end.
This 50 minute class is a combination of high intensity interval training and core training.Be prepared for fast, dynamic, quick changing cardio intervals as well as a ton of core work that will improve posture, abdominal strength and athletic performance.
