LIFT (UPPER)
UPPER BODY STRENGTH & HYPERTROPHY
Get on board the GAINZ TRAIN with this upper body-focused class. Guaranteed no squats or cardio! Work with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells & more to develop lean & juicy muscle mass for mirror-flexing goodness. We also focus on correct execution and form with compound upper-body lifts.
LIFT (LOWER)
LOWER BODY STRENGTH & HYPERTROPHY
We don’t skip leg day around here. We slow things down, focus on form and make you an expert at all the classic lifts. Good luck sitting, standing, going up or down stairs, or sitting on (or getting off of) the toilet after this class.
BURN
FULL BODY METABOLIC CONDITIONING
When the zombie apocalypse comes, you’ll be glad you came to BURN classes. Become an overall more efficient human by working on agility, speed, power, and athletic performance all wrapped into one results-driven, calorie-burning class.

MOBILITY
STRETCHING & MOBILITY
Getting all your GAINZ at the gym is so great, but with all that lifting comes stiffness/shortening of your muscles. To counteract those effects, you need regular mobility work!
Adding mobility work to your routine will increase your range of motion in all exercises, reduce pain and injuries during lifts, open up your joints so they feel better throughout the day, and make you a better human overall.

Get ready to get sweaty AF in this fast paced boxing & conditioning class.
You'll either be working through heart pounding boxing combinations on a heavy bag or doing full body conditioning exercises working on agility, speed, power, and athletic performance.
